Description
Whalley Old Road Roundabout, Blackburn. The construction of a new, four arm roundabout to the east of the existing bus turning area on Whalley Old Road. The roundabout will provide a vehicular access to the existing Vistry Housing Development to the south and the proposed Blackburn NE Housing development to the North.
