East Renfrewshire Council is seeking to appoint a suitably experienced organisation to undertake an independent Best Value Review of Enjoy East Ren. The review will evaluate the extent to which Enjoy East Ren delivers best value in line with the definition and themes set out by Audit Scotland and will provide clear, evidence-based recommendations for ongoing improvement.
