Description

East Renfrewshire Council wish to engage a suitably qualified company to undertake non-destructive inspections of street lighting apparatus, in accordance with the Well-managed Highway Infrastructure - A Code of Practice and the Institution of Lighting Professionals Technical Report TR22, and have the findings reported back. The apparatus to undertake this testing will be a variety of columns from 5m, 6m, 8m, 10m and 12m steel and galvanised steel columns including steel wall brackets. Inspection to include maintenance and cleaning of the luminaires.

This procurement will be conducted via the Public Contracts Scotland - Tender portal (PCS-T). We will apply a one stage Open procedure.

Bidders must self-certify their adherence to the conditions of participation via the SPD (Scotland) in PCS-T, and may be required to submit Means of Proof before contract award. Bidders must refer to the specific requirements listed in Section III in this OJEU Contract Notice when completing the SPD in PCS-T.
