To achieve this, the works will be directly awarded to a contractor appointed under the Renfrewshire Framework who is approved to install the specified Bauder roofing system. The objective is to utilise the available budget by completing all remaining roofs at Kirkhill, if affordable all roofs at OLM, and in the event of sufficient surplus budget at further locations..
