This Planned Procurement Notice is issued to inform the market that Walsall Housing Group Limited (whg) intends to use the NHS London Procurement Partnerships Minor Works and Maintenance Dynamic Purchasing System (DPS ref: LPP/2020/011) to procure a Contractor for the servicing and maintenance of refuse chutes across their property portfolio. The appointed Contractor will be responsible for providing a comprehensive service, including but not limited to routine inspections, planned preventative maintenance, responsive repairs, and compliance-related works to ensure that refuse chute systems remain safe, operational and compliant with relevant regulations and standards.

This notice is intended to provide advance visibility of the opportunity. It will allow interested suppliers to prepare for participation via the DPS. whg encourages suitably qualified and experienced contractors who are not already registered on the NHS London Procurement Partnerships Minor Works and Maintenance DPS to consider applying in advance of the formal procurement process.
