Description
The Provision of a Roof Replacement at Millbrook Primary School - Chestnut Classroom includes the removal of the existing roof covering back to the metal deck, installing 18mm OSB encapsulating the parapets and terminating with a GRP trim, Vapour control layer, 130mm insulation, Underlayer & mineral Cap sheet – including necessary scaffolding & preliminaries of Works.
